Formal terms are in progress. This temporary content marks the spot where we'll publish the binding agreement that governs use of the GAIA platform once legal review is complete.
The final document will cover customer responsibilities, platform SLAs, acceptable use expectations, and remediation steps when obligations aren't met. Until then, defer to your master services agreement or contact your account team for clarifications.
We'll update this page the moment the full terms are signed off, and we'll provide advance notice before any changes take effect.
